DRAFT MINUTES OF THE BUDGET MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
HELD ON MONDAY DECEMBER 7TH 2009 AT THE VILLAGE SHOP AT 7.00P.M.
1. PRESENT
Cllr Hytten Cllrs Edmonds, Mrs Dormer Cllrs Brown, Miss Gibson, Mrs Timberlake, Mrs Towell, Parish Clerk.

District Councillor Smith,
3. BUDGET
After a review of the figures attached it was agreed :
• There should be no grant to the village hall this year
• The clerk should be granted a pay rise of 2%
The precept for the financial year should be £ 6000.00
Proposed Cllr Hytten, seconded Cllr Brown.
All agreed.
