IN THE VILLAGE HALL AT 7.30 P.M.
1. PRESENT
Cllrs Brown, Mrs Dormer, Miss Gibson, Hytten, Mrs Towell, 3 members of the public, Parish Clerk,

Cllr Mrs Timberlake, Cllr Edmonds, District Councillor Smith.
3. ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN
Cllr Hytten proposed Cllr Brown, Cllr Mrs Timberlake seconded. All agreed.
Declaration of acceptance of office was signed
4. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIRMAN
Deferred to next meeting
5. PUBLIC SESSION (SUSPENSION OF STANDING ORDERS) 15 MINUTES MAXIMUM
The potholes will be repaired in the next few days.
The dog fouling information in the newsletter was very helpful. Dog bins are being considered. The nudist who had been seen on the Chilton road has been apprehended.
There have been complaints about cricket balls going over into gardens.
Speeding signs had to be taken down on the instructions of Highways .Cllr Hytten is meeting with John Bercow MP this week to raise the matter.

Grit bins to be replaced. It was agreed that £600.00 should be drawn down from reserves to fund this

Review of Insurance Policy- the insurers to be asked to come out for a site visit.

It was noted that the "Nottingham Knockers" were back , and a Y-registered Capri had been seen speeding in the area
