DRAFT MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
HELD ON MONDAY 13th December 2010 IN THE VILLAGE HALL AT 7.30 P.M.
1. PRESENT
Cllr Brown Mrs Dormer,Edmonds Miss Gibson, Hytten, Mrs Timberlake, Mrs Towell 2 members of the public, Parish Clerk.
2. BUDGET DISCUSSION
Grant to Hall – it was agreed that this should be withheld again in the next financial year. It was agreed that a provision of £ 700 be included for grit bins and £ 500 for traffic calming. Marion Grapes advised the meeting that the speed recording strips would be installed this week, and that if weather was very inclement, they would be installed again later at no extra cost.
The Chairman proposed leaving the precept it the same as the previous year.£ 6,000.00 All agreed.
3. DATE AND TIMES OF NEXT MEETINGS

The Applicants for the proposed replacement dwelling at High Bank in Dark Lane gave a brief presentation explaining their plans to the Parish Council.
They understood the concerns of the village but intend to make the best use of the available space. The Chairman explained the concerns of the Parish Council regarding this development.
