DRAFT MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE PARISH COUNCIL
HELD ON MONDAY NOVEMBER 8TH IN THE CRICKET CLUB AT 7.30 P.M.
1. PRESENT
Cllrs Brown, Mrs Dormer, Edmonds, Miss Gibson, Mrs Timberlake, Mrs Towell, 8 members of the public, Parish Clerk,
2. APOLOGIES
Cllr Hytten and District Councillor Smith.
3. PUBLIC SESSION (SUSPENSION OF STANDING ORDERS) 15 MINUTES MAXIMUM
EDF has asked for information re the owner of fields adjoining Lower Green Lane. This has been provided. This is due to a request to remove telegraph poles by the Old School.
Mrs Tillier wanted to know why the Parish Council was meeting at the Cricket club not the Hall. The Chairman told her that he liked to vary the locations of the meetings.
There was some discussion regarding the possibility of putting an electricity point on the Green and the likely cost. It was agreed that this would be an agenda item for the Annual Parish Meeting
The Chairman reminded the meeting that there would be Parish Council elections in May.
Footpaths. Mr Peter Grimsdell offered to act as footpaths representative. It was noted that the County Council was not spending money on paths, and that it was the responsibility of the landowners to maintain stiles, and gates.

5. MATTERS ARISING FROM THE MINUTES
Wind farm at Wingrave – No further developments-
Bonfires – the Environmental health Officer has been advised and is monitoring situation.
Hedges at Village Hall – these are being cut
Salt bins – These have been refilled and the bins will be restored. Mrs Tillier has requested that the bin outside her property be moved.
There is a Winter Maintenance gritting plan on the Bucks CC Website
6. PLANNING
The View – 4 Houses on land between the property and the allotments- A site meeting has been arranged
7. HIGHWAYS AND OPEN AREAS
Marion Grapes reported that the monitoring strips have been applied for and would be paid for by money raised at the Fete. The total cost would be £ 900.00 for three locations at the entries to the Village.
Cllrs Mrs Dormer and Towell attended the NAG Meeting and suggested inviting the Community safety officer to the Annual Parish Meeting. I
Christmas Lights. The Chairman has had a meeting with the Vicar. The tree will be delivered on the 20th November and lights will go on the 3rd December. Chuff and Junior Church will make decorations.
8. REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY
Sunday 14th November at 10.45. Roads will be monitored and the wreath will be laid by a serving member of the Armed Forces.

Cllr Miss Gibson reported that the litter pick was poorly attended.
